The Art of Yoga

We are having a new yoga session in an unconventional setting, at Art Safari!
We start with a yoga class in the atrium, alongside instructor Radu Matric. Participants will then have access to the exhibition Forgotten Romanian Painters. A relaxing day, full of inspiration, where yoga and art come together perfectly!
We offer:

👀 Stories about art and the Dacia-Romania Palace, over tea or coffee, alongside a sweet treat
Note:
❗Please bring your own yoga mats.
❗We recommend you wear comfortable clothes.

Rules
1. For this event, please bring your own yoga mat – we do not have mats available for borrowing. We also recommend coming to the class dressed appropriately, as there are no changing rooms available.
2. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. Art Safari provides water on the ground floor, but single-use plastic bottles are not available for purchase. We all want to reduce our carbon footprint!
3. Unfortunately, tickets can only be purchased online – they are not available for purchase at the reception.
4. The yoga session begins according to the announced schedule – we cannot allow access more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time.
5. Participants declare, under their own responsibility, that they are in appropriate health condition to perform physical exercises and that they have consulted a doctor. Any health issue or medical restriction regarding physical exercise must be communicated in advance.
6. The use of mobile phones during the session is prohibited.
7. Yoga is practiced barefoot, without socks or any other type of footwear. If wearing socks is necessary, it is required to use your own mat or a specific towel for the activity, covering the entire surface of the mat.
8. The use of street shoes in the spaces and during the workouts is strictly prohibited.
